Program

The house is public, cultural recreational program. 

It is offered as rented property with cultural program around tea. 

 

There is a screening room, small library, tea room in the common area. are there are small private pavilions. 

 

 

Structure

Evolved from vernacular principles. 

Suspended floor, (Korsi) , Balconies, Ivan and Gholam gard, Upper Guestroom (balakhaneh)
